A beautiful May Crowning took place at All Saints Parish in Dallas on May 6, 2017.
Blessed Mother received two crowns at All Saints on this May Crowning Day. Mary was crowned after Holy Mass at her statue in the Church. Harriet North gave Mary a crown of fresh roses. Harriet is a long time Schoenstatter and was instrumental in building the Wayside Shrine at All Saints many years ago.
After the crowning in the Church, Father Paul Nguyen invited everyone to process to the Wayside Shrine to crown our Lady of Schoenstatt. Father led a beautiful devotion and then we crowned our Lady "Queen of the All Saints Parish" with a gold jeweled crown. Patricia Bowlin, Diocesan Leader for the N.T. Mothers' Branch, offered the crown to Mary. Father Paul gave us a blessing. We then prayed "My Queen, My Mother" Consecration to Mary and sang to Our Lady. It was a day honoring our beautiful Queen with love, flowers, prayer and song!

On the weekend of March 3-5, 2017 twelve mother from North Texas travelled to the Confidential Shrine at Lamar for the annual Spanish retreat. It was one of largest retreat I have seen with about 46 beautiful ladies in attendance. We want to give thanks to Sister Heidi for showering us with her love, music and wisdom. She gave us the most beautiful talk on the closing of the year of mercy and how to better live our motto as "Missionaries of Mary Building Covenant Culture"
Some of the music she played for us was so healing that we still listen to it and cry again. Especially one song that is titled:
"No one loves you, like I do"
Our Mother Thrice Admirable had so many gifts for her most favorite daughters like the presence of two of our Schoenstatt Fathers, Mary Rodriguez's beautiful talk, the commissioning of a missionary of the rosary campaign, and much more.
Father Patricio gave us a beautiful talk on our motto, "Missionaries of Mary Building Covenant Culture." Wow, he was on fire! His encouraging words made us want to go into the world on zeal for our mission with the Spanish population where we live. We want to bloom where we are planted and be fruitful for our Schoenstatt kingdom of the father.
On Sunday we had the gift and presence of Fr Vega, who celebrated holy mass for us. It was such a healing and spirit filled weekend that we can't wait to return to the shrine and drink richly from our mother's fountain of love.
Mariel Arellano the great and zealous apostle took ten ladies, about five more people cancelled at the last minute. Laura Schuckenbrock got to take two new ladies - one of them she met while going to confession and waiting in line for an hour and forty five minutes. The confession line gave much fruit. As our dear father would say: "The cross blesses the world"
How wonderful it is to feel renewed and gain strength for our journey with the graces from the shrine.
We want to give thanks to all who make this retreat a reality and to all who attended.

“Take this picture of the Blessed Mother and give it a place of honor in your home. Then your home will become a little shrine in which the picture of grace will mediate many graces, create a holy family atmosphere, and form holy family members.”
